While some competitors may be a better fit for cases requiring only one or two requests, we stand apart by offering no extra fees for updated medical record requests within a year of the case's initial start date.
When it comes to turnaround times, we are honest about the process. Providers in Kentucky have up to 30 days to respond to requests, and while some competitors may promise faster results, we focus on realistic expectations based on our extensive experience in this field. Our goal is to retrieve records within 30-45 business days, combining accuracy, persistence, and reliability to serve our clients effectively.
What about Out of State Records?
As mentioned; transparency is something we pride ourselves on. In the state of Kentucky; KRS 422.317 allows all patients within the state to receive the first copy of their medical records free of charge. This is what we request on behalf of your client. If your client has already received their first free copy, or have had medical treatment out of the state; any fees associated with cost of medical records (per that state’s law), would be your responsibility as the client’s representative. If there are any charges for out of state records; or charges related to requesting second copies of medical records; we will send you invoices in advance for your approval.
