Prioritized Medical Records was founded in 2018 by Collette K. Davis, a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in the medical field. After recognizing a need for a more efficient and effective medical record retrieval process in Kentucky, Davis set out to create a company that prioritized customer service and timely delivery. Today, Prioritized Medical Records continues to serve the needs of healthcare providers and legal professionals throughout the state, offering a range of customizable services to meet the unique needs of each client.

CEO and Founder

Collette has 25 years of medical experience and is a United States Air Force Veteran. Prior to creating Prioritized Medical Records, Collette spent a decade as the Vice President of Operations for a multi-specialty medical group working one-on-one with Orthopedic Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, Neurologists, Emergency Room Physicians, Chiropractors, and Physiatrists.

During the course of her extensive medical career working alongside skilled practitioners and support staff, she learned the value of precise medical records retrieval, indexing, chronologies, and medical summaries which ensure continuity of care and/or crucial legal purposes. She also recognized the overwhelming gap that has been present in this industry.

Our Journey So Far

2018

PMR IS FOUNDED

PMR was initially founded in the dining room of Davis's house, with limited resources but an unwavering commitment to providing quality services. Davis worked tirelessly, juggling two jobs to save up enough capital to start the business. With the help of her daughter, who began working for the company, PMR quickly grew and expanded its services, solidifying its position as a trusted provider of medical record retrieval services in Kentucky.

2019

JOINING FORCES

In 2019, PMR joined forces with Commonwealth IME, another leading provider of medical law services. This relationship enabled the company to expand its reach and better serve clients throughout the region.
